Create an Exam Session
Admins create a high-level session — "Midterm 2024" or "Annual Exams 2025" — and set the date range and academic year. This becomes the container for all related exams.
Bulk-Create Exams
Add a subject exam once and the system auto-generates separate instances for every section. Create "Mathematics – Grade 10" and get exams for 10A, 10B, 10C, 10D in one click.
Auto-Enroll Students
Every student in the target grade and section is automatically enrolled. For elective subjects or special groups, manual enrollment is available with a simple override.
Generate Hall Tickets
One click generates professional hall ticket PDFs for all enrolled students. Each includes a secure QR code for entry verification. Students download directly from their dashboard.
Mark Exam Attendance
Teachers use a dedicated interface to mark each student as Attended or Absent on exam day. Status auto-syncs with the result entry form — absent students are flagged automatically.
Enter & Publish Results
Teachers enter marks privately in draft mode. Grades are auto-calculated using your configured grading scale (CBSE, state board, or custom). Once reviewed, results go live for students.
Generate Report Cards
